Reporting to the Field Manager, the Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned customers and territories and achieving sales targets through the effective leadership of Sales Development Representatives and Merchandisers. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, setting clear priorities and strengthening their skills and performance. Manage commercial agreements within your area of responsibility and develop customer action plans to achieve sales targets. Implement the Company’s commercial policy and brand development plans across the assigned territory and trade channels. Maximise in-store execution and brand visibility through effective use of customer-specific tools and promotional opportunities. Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, acting as an ambassador of the Company’s values and principles. Analyse market trends, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness, recommending targeted action plans. Identify and implement improvements to processes, ways of working, and team effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Experience in field sales (at least five years) within FMCG, ideally including team supervision. Ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into practical actions. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills. Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach. University degree Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Very good command of English. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
