Sales Representative

Interbeton, has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative in Volos, Greece. This role involves managing a customer portfolio with a focus on profitability, market segment penetration, and growth potential, in alignment with the company's guidelines and commercial strategies. The Sales Representative will report directly to the RMC Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while promoting and selling Interbeton products to potential customers
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base
• Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively
• Foster robust and long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies
• Make direct client visits and ensure diligent follow-ups to monitor the growth of their accounts
• Track sales metrics within assigned territory, ensuring they align with corporate objectives
• Safeguard the company's interests by ensuring timely and full collection of customer debts as per the corporate credit policy
• Adhere to Interbeton safety & environmental policies, endorsing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in the concrete, aggregates, paving, or related industries will be strongly preferred
• Customer-centric mindset with a client-driven philosophy
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to build and maintain successful relationships, demonstrating respect and openness to others
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Driving license
• Military service obligations must be fulfilled (if applicable)
