German Digital Sales Representative

Bring your Sales experience from any industry into an international Agency & Portfolio Sales team in Athens. Build relationships with German-speaking businesses and agencies and help them achieve better results through digital advertising.

2,033–2,283 gross/month during your first year + 2 extra salaries | Monday–Friday | NO shifts | Weekends off

Join an international Digital Advertising Sales team supporting businesses and agency partners using one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms.
You will manage a portfolio of German-speaking clients and agencies, understand their business goals, review campaign performance and recommend advertising solutions that support their growth.

• Manage and develop relationships with German-speaking business clients and agency partners
• Understand clients’ business goals, advertising needs and budgets
• Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Recommend advertising solutions and campaign optimisations
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and advertising investment
• Manage follow-ups, opportunities and client activity in CRM
• Work towards individual Sales and revenue targets

• Base salary: 1,500 gross/month, paid 14 times per year (including 2 additional base-salary payments)
• Fixed project bonus: 450 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to 250 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately 83 gross/month during your first year
• Up Hellas meal card: 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

Average monthly gross package: approximately 2,033–2,283 during your first 12 months, including the welcome bonus, + 2 additional base-salary payments per year (3,000 gross total) + Up Hellas meal card (approx. 60 net/month).

• Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
• Your schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 — 40 hours/week, NO shifts, weekends off
• Permanent full-time Greek employment contract
• Fully paid training and learning courses to develop your skills

• Strong German communication skills — C1/C2
• English at B2 level or higher — for training and internal use
• At least 2 years of Sales experience in any industry
• A good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising, including campaign performance, targeting and optimisation
• Confident client communication, relationship-building and working towards Sales targets
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate and work from our office in Neos Kosmos
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece

Relocating to Athens?

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates moving from abroad:

• 1 month of free shared accommodation, with a maximum of 2 people per apartment, close to a metro station
• Flight reimbursement up to 300, paid within one month, for travel booked according to the relocation team’s instructions
• Airport taxi reimbursement up to 50
• Support with local documents and hiring formalities
• 100 welcome card, credited to your meal voucher card in your second month of employment
