As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts.The role is about:The purpose of this role is to support the efficient operation and upkeep of the company’s facilities and fleet by coordinating maintenance activities, addressing operational issues, and ensuring that all physical assets are maintained in a safe, functional, and cost-effective manner. The role serves as a key point of contact for facility-related matters, helping to create a productive and well-maintained workplace while ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and logistical requirements.Location: Limassol, CyprusReporting Line: Workplace Operations LeadWhat you will do: Facilities Duties:Perform routine inspections and maintenance coordination for building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairsRespond promptly to maintenance requests from staffCoordinate with the landlord and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance worksEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsAssist with office moves, furniture assembly, minor repairs, and workplace setup requestsSupport monitoring and coordination of building systems, alarms, and automation checksFleet Management:Coordinate day-to-day fleet administration and liaise with external providers, garages, insurance companies, and suppliers on fleet-related mattersMaintain accurate fleet records, vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and reportingSupport employees with fleet-related queries, vehicle allocations, and onboarding/offboarding of company vehiclesCoordinate with employees regarding mileage tracking, servicing requirements, and reporting of damages or incidentsConduct periodic vehicle audits to ensure company vehicles are maintained according to company standardsAdditional Duties:Collaborate with other departments to maintain a functional and safe workplaceIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, safety, and efficiency within the facility and fleet operationsWhat we need:1-2 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, fleet coordination, or a similar operational role. Basic understanding of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance processesExperience coordinating maintenance activities, contractors, suppliers, landlords, or other external service providersStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational trackers. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across different teams and functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with operational tracking tools and systems.
