This role is about:

A Partnership Manager at payabl. is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that align with our business goals, such as Referral, Payment Facilitator, and Technical Partners. A Partnership Manager will work closely with our sales, client relations, compliance, legal, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration with our partners

You will:

  • Initiate and develop commercial relationships with a variety of strategic partners for payabl
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimize partner performance, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with payabl’s top partners
  • Serve as an advocate for payabl.’s partners and identify areas for growth via partnerships
  • Ensuring that suitable technical integrations are developed to support payabl. customers and to make it easier for payabl. to win new customers
  • Negotiating commercial partnership models
  • Presenting the payabl. solution to employees at partner companies
  • Attending partner events to promote payabl.’s solutions
  • Oversee, facilitate, and coordinate all aspects of the Partnership life cycle
  • Identify opportunities, create, and implement processes that improve the effectiveness of the Partnership
  • Develop procedures, instructions, and process flows of Partnership
  • Host and facilitate partner monthly/quarter / yearly reviews
  • Building and maintaining strong intelligence of the market, providing key insights including key growth and technology trends our competitors
  • Provide trainings, coaching and mentoring to Partnership Managers
  • Provide trainings and updates to Client Relations department’s team members about Partnership

What we need:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the FinTech or payments industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships with a variety of partners, such as referral partners, payment facilitators, and technical partners
  • Understanding of payment systems, financial technologies, and related integrations
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in negotiating commercial partnership models and structuring deals that align with business objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and articulate the value proposition of partnerships effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities, optimize partner performance, and provide market intelligence
  • Willingness to travel as required to build and maintain partnerships
