Responsibilities:Payroll:Process monthly payroll calculations and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.Calculate taxes, social security contributions, bonuses, overtime, vacation pay, and sick leave payments.Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve payroll discrepancies.Support internal and external audits related to payroll activities.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.Accounting:Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.Support external auditors and provide the required financial information.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Payroll specialist, or in a similar accounting role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping procedures.Experience with accounting software and ERP system: 1С+BITFinance.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.What we offer:Fully remote work formatOpportunity to grow within an international teamDynamic environment with interesting projects and challengesSalary range: 1800-2200 euro
