You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the overall CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across multiple channels,Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys,Build and improve segmentation, targeting, personalization, and retention strategies using customer and behavioral data,Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, campaign results, and customer behavior to continuously improve impact and ROI,Develop and scale loyalty, engagement, and gamification initiatives to increase retention and customer lifetime value,Work closely with Data and BI teams to generate actionable insights, reporting structures, and experimentation frameworks,Foster a strong test-and-learn culture through A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization,Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Design teams to ensure aligned and effective CRM initiatives,Balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution when needed,Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team while helping establish scalable processes and best practices.Requirements8+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention, or Growth Marketing roles,Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies,Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management processes,Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights,Experience working with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimization,Previous experience leading or mentoring CRM teams,Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams,Ownership-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset,Fluent in English.
