Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Channel Sales Manager. Your mission is simple: eliminate our dependency on direct sales expansion by turning established tech providers into an outsourced revenue engine.You will identify, recruit, and enable high-leverage channel partners—specifically targeting FinTech, traditional FX/Forex platform providers, iGaming Systems Integrators (SIs), and financial technology OEMs.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem MappingIdentify, profile, and sign high-leverage partners globallyManage the end-to-end partner sales cycle, from cold outreach and initial pitch to commercial negotiation and contract signing.2. Partner Enablement & Go-To-Market (GTM)Treat our partners as our primary customers. Build out localized enablement kits (technical documentation, pitch decks, white-label marketing collateral).Organize technical and commercial training workshops to ensure partner sales teams can independently pitch, scope, and sell the ChainUp stack.Co-develop joint value propositions, ensuring partners understand exactly how embedding ChainUp infrastructure expands their addressable market.3. Pipeline & Revenue ManagementOwn a strict Channel-Sourced Revenue quota.Implement robust deal registration processes to protect partners and prevent channel conflict with existing direct accounts.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top-tier partners to optimize conversion rates and drive mindshare.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of B2B Channel/Alliance Management experience within FinTech, SaaS, Forex, or iGaming. Direct experience working within an SI or software vendor in these verticals is a massive plus.Proven track record of building indirect channels from scratch. You must have examples of closing OEM, reseller, or referral agreements that yielded repeatable software revenue.Strong technical literacy. You don’t need to write smart contracts, but you must comfortably explain the architecture of APIs, white-label UI/UX wrappers, custody nodes, and liquidity bridges to partner CTOs.The “Startup Hunter” Mentality. You thrive in environments without a heavily paved playbook. You are comfortable running your own outreach, building your own collateral if needed, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Fluency in English (Additional languages like Mandarin or Spanish are highly advantageous due to our global footprint).
