It’s a good thing to apply for different jobs but sending out the same CV to different roles, will not work. When a hiring manager reads a CV that doesn’t meet the requirements they can tell in an instant. This because your skills and experience will not target the specific role. If this is something that happens often, it’s better to start researching smaller companies and looking for any current vacancies that they may have available.
