As the primary face of guest relations on board, you will be responsible for delivering flawless hospitality, maintaining pristine vessel interiors, and ensuring an unforgettable, premium experience for our guests from the moment they step on deck.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities, with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction and professional, courteous conduct.Clear, confident communication skills and polished phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries, confirmations, and onboard coordination.Experience with managing reservations and guest bookings, including attention to detail and accuracy in schedules and preferences.Previous experience in luxury hospitality, yachting, hotels, or high-end service environments are an advantage.Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Greek or other European languages, are an advantage).Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Professional appearance, high standards of personal presentation, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.Basic knowledge of safety procedures at sea and willingness to complete any required maritime or safety certifications are an advantage.
