We have offices in Frankfurt, London & Limassol with plans to further expand.About the Job:At payabl. we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer due to the growth of the Technical Support department. We are experiencing an increase in new clients who require excellent support during integration and processing payments through our API. The successful candidate will have prior experience in customer service in a similar industry or payments-API support. Knowledge in banking, cards and wallet payment methods will be considered as an advantage.Job Responsibilities:

  • Support of daily tasks from external and internal customers
  • Conducting technical investigation on client issues
  • Providing transactions status check
  • Creating merchant accounts
  • Creating reports on conversion, turnover
  • Testing merchant cases and payment methods
  • Providing general info on technical issues
  • Decline reasons investigation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, financial services, or similar industry.
  • Above average computer knowledge and technical skills
  • Knowledge of transactions flow, 3DS, wallet payment methods
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and strong attention to details
  • Use of multiple systems/applications at once
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • English language – upper-intermediate
  • Russian language – is an advantage
  • Intermediate user of Excel – is an advantage
  • Experiences in SQL, working with different datasets – is an advantage
  • Experience in analyzing Log files – is an advantage
