About the role:

We are growing our HR team and are now looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role you will be working closely with hiring managers to understand needs, be involved in the onboarding process to integrate new hires, collaborate with the HR Team to improve our employer branding, you will also play a crucial role in identifying and contacting talent for our offices across Europe and The UK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Company’s Management to understand short-term and long-term talent needs, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications that clearly outline role requirements, responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking and industry events.
  • Proactively identify and target passive candidates (headhunting) for critical positions through direct outreach, networking and referrals.
  • Screen, evaluate and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit and alignment with Company values.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and salary benchmarks to ensure the Company remains competitive in attracting talent.
  • Collaborate with HR Team in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Team and Hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the Company culture.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring a strong working relationship and successful outcomes.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment practices are compliant and ethical.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR role.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various roles and levels, including experience with headhunting strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, job market dynamics and recruitment best practices to stay competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to conducting recruitment activities with integrity, following ethical guidelines and legal compliance.
