What You’ll Be Working On
* Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
* Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content.
* Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels
* Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
* Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
* Provide insights and recommendations for improving User s engagement and content quality.
What we expect from you:
* The candidate must have EU work permit.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, B2 or higher level of English language proficiency.
* Experience in customer support, content moderation.
* Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations or users.
* Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
* Proficiency in using moderation tools and software.
* Ability to work during weekends.
