We are building a strong, distributed community of independent recruiters to work with Europe and US’s most innovative companies.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work remotely in a global team of talented recruiters managing requisitions for post-funding scale-up companies, Web3 companies, Biotech, and Enterprises.
What you will do
- Deliver global recruitment services to venture-backed scale-up, through flexible sourcing and headhunting;
- Deal with our existing client portfolio of hyper-growth worldwide startup companies;
- Enhancing the talent acquisition delivery in several countries through effective sourcing strategies.
- Building and Nurturing your own talent pool and helping build the underline technology to streamline your work.
What we look for
- At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or external) of ideally Tech or Business related roles;
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, especially in boolean search
- International talent-hiring delivery and client-handling background;
- Europe and/or US Talent Market in-depth knowledge;
- LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Native or Professional English level;
