Senior Project Manager (In-House Creative Agency)
The Role:
Join a rapidly expanding in-house creative agency within a premier global financial services corporation. We are on a mission to become the partner of choice for our business units, delivering industry-defining creative excellence across digital, print, and experiential channels.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-complexity creative initiatives and help define our operational future. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of major marketing campaigns, manage and mentor junior project managers, and collaborate with strategists, creatives, and account leads to build seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-complexity, cross-channel creative projects (Digital, Print, OOH, Branding). Ensure all deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 1–2 direct reports (Junior PMs), prioritizing their growth through coaching and feedback while overseeing their execution of medium-to-low complexity projects.
- Resource & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, budget variances, and workflow bottlenecks. “Connect the dots” across parallel work streams to keep teams focused on high-priority goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the operational hub between Account Leads, Creative Strategists, Production, and Marketing Partners to ensure client requests are feasible and rigorously scoped.
- Operational Excellence: Facilitate critical touchpoints (kick-offs, creative reviews, status meetings) and leverage agency tools (e.g., Workfront) to maintain pristine documentation and workflow visibility.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager within a leading creative agency or a complex in-house brand team.
- Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of creative production workflows across multiple mediums (content, print, digital, email, and OOH).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software is required (Workfront preferred). Comfortable with CMS, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Organizational Skills: exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of work simultaneously.
