Job Description
About The Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks
- Oversee and verify the accuracy of monthly and annual accounting records, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements;
- Manage and coordinate external financial audits;
- Ensure VAT and tax compliance, including calculations for provisional taxation;
- Contribute to management reporting and review of Business Unit reports;
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements;
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members, including coaching and development.
Requirements
- ACCA qualification and a relevant degree in accounting or finance is a must;
- Strong accounting expertise with in-depth knowledge of VAT and taxation;
- Experience in the Forex industry (an advantage);
- Familiarity with consolidation processes (an advantage);
- Proficiency in Caseware for financial statement preparation;
- Knowledge of Priority ERP software (a plus).
