We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Seminar Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the success of our vital importance seminars. This role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing administrative tasks and logistics to actively contributing to the overall seminar attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Seminar Logistics:

  • Manage seminar logistics, including scheduling, bookings, and Ermis portal arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for instructors.

Seminar Materials:

  • Prepare and distribute seminar materials (emails, certificates, etc.).

Participant Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of participant registrations, attendance, and feedback.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective participants and provide information about seminars.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with interested individuals.

Office Administration:

  • Manage office and administrative tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the seminar team as needed.

Seminar Improvement:

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of seminar processes and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience with seminar or event management.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience in the education or training industry is preferred.
