You are the first point of contact for our international patients, you guide them through their journey, understand their needs, present suitable treatment solutions, and convert inquiries into confirmed treatments. You work closely with our medical and operations teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Duties and Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for prospective and existing SOZO patients Provide detailed information about Sozo treatments, and packagesConvert inquiries into confirmed treatments through sales approachManage all patient communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, Sozo SystemAssess patient needs and guide them to appropriate treatment plans in coordination with medical teamsFollow up on leads, inquiries, and post-treatment patients to ensure satisfaction and retentionCoordinate patient scheduling, treatment timelines, and required documentationLiaise between patients, doctors-medical staff, and internal operations teamsEnsure patients are fully informed and prepared pre-treatment and supported post-treatmentMaintain accurate patient records and sales reportsMeet individual and team sales targetsHandle objections, concerns, and questions with empathy and professionalismSupport patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a high-quality experienceEnsure compliance with company policies, protocols, and ethical standardsAny other duties and responsibilities related to the position.Required Skills and Qualifications:MUST have a permit or a license to work in the EU!Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, or client-facing roles ideally in healthcare or wellness. Strong communication and consultative sales skills with empathy and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Ability to build trust and rapport with patientsTarget-driven mindset with a consultative, patient-first approachExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple patient cases simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional, empathetic, and people-oriented personalityComputer literacy (systems, email, basic reporting)Multilingual
