Job Description

Orbex is now looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team!

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new account sales by promoting the company’s products and services
  • Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure a consistent and professional line of communication that prioritizes the needs and interests of the client
  • Identify wider business opportunities and potential VIP customers and negotiate deals accordingly to bring profitable new business
  • Conduct client-related onboarding, admin, and first-line support, including guidance on account opening and instructions on how to use the trading platform
  • Assist Compliance with the KYC documentation process
  • Stay up to date with compliance regulations and ensure all communication is conducted accordingly
  • Ensure the success of the marketing strategy objectives and goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Head of Sales
  • Stay up to date with market news and trends on a daily basis
  • Prioritize a consistently professional and attentive approach to customer service, to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Previous FX experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven, independent and motivated
  • Fluency in English and any of the following languages; Farsi, Polish, Arabic, Italian or French
  • Proficiency in MT4 and Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
  • Previous experience with a CRM would be advantageous
