About us Aiphoria is an innovative start-up specializing in machine learning and AI solutions. We are a one-stop shop for customers who want to enhance their business with proven, up-to-date solutions based on conversational AI, LLMs, natural language, and speech processing. We offer solutions based on virtual employees (virtual supporters, sales managers, personal assistants, etc), goal-oriented conversational AI, ASR/TTS solutions, and many others.

We are now expanding our team and are looking for skilled, goal-oriented backend developers to join our platform and custom solution teams. Senior and Middle levels welcome!
Our stack
– Hypermodern Python: Python 3.12, rye, black, wemake-python-styleguide.
– Asyncio as the first-choice solution. gRPC for services communication.
– We use Typing ecosystem as much as possible, e.g., Protocols, Generics, etc.
– GitHub Actions, Pulumi, Helm charts, Docker, K8s.
– Grafana for monitoring with OpenTelemetry and OpenTracing on the backend side.
Responsibilities
– Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging.
– Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance services.
– Build clean and reusable code based on cutting-edge technologies to drive the product forward in terms of reliability, performance, and quality. Integrate data storage solutions.
Requirements
– 5+ years experience as a Python Developer.
– Hands-on experience with asynchronous Python.
– Hands-on experience with docker and Kubernetes.
– Hands-on experience with pytest. Hands-on experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
– Expertise in Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID, and OOP.
– Proficiency in English sufficient for reading technical documentation and corresponding with English-speaking colleagues.
