Job Description

Exness s opening a great opportunity for an experienced PSP Relationship Specialist to join us at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus. You will work with the Vendor Relationship Manager supporting the interaction with all payment providers and relevant vendors, helping to build strong relationships with our vendors and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for Exness clients worldwide.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Vendor Relationship Manager in the communication and management of vendor relationships;
  • Operating as the point of contact for potential and existing vendors;
  • Monitoring the operations of the providers according to Service Level Agreement;
  • Assisting with the day-day operations of vendor management;
  • Managing internal /external communications and issue resolution;
  • Supporting the onboarding procedure for new vendors;
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams on new vendor projects;
  • Analysing the activities of our competitors and the industry to identify new opportunities and vendors;
  • Collaborating with the Payment Product Team regarding new projects and implementations;
  • Ensuring all Vendor related data is kept current and updated as and when required;

 

You can if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience working within online focussed companies ideally within forex/payments or gambling industries;
  • Experience working with online payment solutions within an international environment;
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Motivated Team Player;
  • Fluent in English;
