Job Description
- Creates a comprehensive project plan that defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, while identifying project stakeholders and establishing effective communication channels
- Identifies, evaluates, and manages project risks and uncertainties
- Develops risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans, and conduct regular risk assessments to minimize project disruptions
- Supervises project execution, coordinates project activities, and ensures adherence to the project plan
- Monitors project progress, tracks milestones, and manage dependencies within the project
- Establishes efficient communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members and other relevant parties
- Facilitates regular project status meetings, provides progress reports, and manages stakeholder expectations
- Develops and implement processes and procedures for quality management to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
- Performs quality control activities, track defects, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Evaluates change requests, assess their impact on the project, and make informed decisions about their implementation
- Conducts activities for project closure, including formalizing project documentation, capturing lessons learned, and conducting post-project evaluations
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the financial technology industry
- Any certifications from the Project Management Institute (CAPM, PMP) will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in English language (Verbal & Written)
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to strategically plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Analytical mindset to interpret data, extract valuable insights, and make informed decisions based on data
