We want brilliant professionals that love building great games in a team with one of the best cultures.About Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can strengthen processes in the team of our flagship game Hero Wars. You will focus on building effective processes in the entire team to achieve the strategic goals of the product.What you’ll be doingChallenging producer`s launch projects/features decisionsOwning an ideas backlog and ensuring the design quality of these ideasOwning Product roadmapManaging the development and team-building processesControlling over delivery and getting into plansAssisting in the product vision shaping by the producerPrioritizing backlog according to the producer’s visionHighlighting problems / missing plans, etc., forming primary plans to solve these problemsWe hope that youWorked in a similar position in GamedevHave a basic understanding of how the product works and was responsible for monetization resultsKnow and apply facilitation methodologies, Agile/SCRUM/Kanban practicesKnow and apply the methodologies of prioritization, grooming, ranking tasks and projectsKnow and practically design, and model business processes (for example, BPMN)Evaluate projects on financial basis models, P&L projects, and teamsNice To HaveInteracted with top-level team members (Team lead, Project manager)Willingness to build business value streams, the components of which are people, teams, and their interactionCreative thinking in your field of activity, while being able to direct the initiative in the direction indicated by the producerResponsibility for maximizing value by managing processes within the stream/destination and assisting destination software in setting goalsGood knowledge of cause-and-effect relationships of the production process, ability to prevent the risks of making wrong decisionsAbility to focus on the direction goals achieving formed by the Product Owner and organize teamwork and proper planningWhat we offerHealthcare
