Job Description
Voiso offers a software platform that enables call center managers to build, implement and manage call center environments without having to deploy any of their own infrastructure. The Voiso platform provides a set of high-precision tools to build powerful real-time dashboards, customize call flows, and identify and correct unproductive agent behavior. We measure actual agent performance – good and bad – and programmatically identify the exact call recordings where the agent disappointed or delighted the customer. Using Voiso, not only can you effortlessly deploy a new call center, but you can also maintain a clear picture of your agent’s results – today, this week, or this year – with unlimited reporting depth.
Role overview:
Currently looking for talented tech savvy Presales Engineer with excellent
communication skills to join our international team in Cyprus or remotely.
In this Role you will:
- Work alongside Global Sales Teams, generating future Value Added Services
- pipeline through meetings with customers, and other business units within the
- organization. Support the Global Sales Teams in engaging with senior level
- customers in either first meetings, or early stages to help shape and design
- early propositions
- Understand the client’s business and needs in the context of the industry
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Establish and maintain IT and LOB executive-level relationships with key
- decision-makers
- Run discovery workshops to create tailored client value propositions
- Articulate and demonstrate the benefits of Voiso features
- Provide guided assistance for WhatsApp Business API onboarding
- Ongoing support for active customers to increase the consumption of VAS
- Run competitive analysis
- Help business partners through knowledge sharing, mentoring and proactive
- support
- Work with the product team to build and execute the roadmap of new tools and
features
Clients profile
Focus industries: BPO, Credit Collections, Insurance, Fintech
Affiliate: Industry advisors, marketing agencies, Industry CRMs

- 50% time travel to Larnaca, Cyprus
- You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of industry trends,
- product roadmap and competitive offerings
- Product expertise. Knowing how our software helps accomplish the business
- goals of the customers
- Presales processes excel and implementation. Increasing sales efficiency in
- EMEAN, LATAM, APAC and US
- Cross departments collaboration and presales team management to be
- aligned with company strategy

Required Qualifications:
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous
- situations;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of
- presenting to senior management;
- 5+ years Presales experience within a CCaaS industry
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment with little or no
- defined infrastructure or processes;
- Strong proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market
- growth areas; Voip, SIP Trunk, CcaaS, CpaaS.
- Technical background/degree
