This role is about:
The People Operations Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations. This role involves coordinating various HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
You will:
- Support and coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, including the preparation, maintenance, and updating of all necessary documentation such as onboarding packages, employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, and regularly review them to ensure alignment with current regulations and best practices. Effectively communicate these updates to all employees as needed
- Draft, manage, and help disseminate various HR-related documents, including memos, notices, and internal communications, to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
- Assist in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of HR operations, by leveraging HRIS and maintaining accurate records
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of various employment-related company agreements, ensuring they are properly executed, compliant with regulations, and renewed in a timely manner
- Collect, analyze, and provide input on HR data, offering insights to support decision-making processes and the continuous improvement of HR practices
- Assist in the organization and updating of organizational charts, ensuring they accurately reflect the company’s structure and are readily accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and contribute to detailed reports on HR activities, workforce metrics, and other relevant data for management review, ensuring that all reports are accurate and submitted on time
- Support the development and updating of new HR documents as needed, ensuring that all documentation aligns with the evolving needs of the organization
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits, and providing recommendations for necessary adjustments to HR practices to mitigate risks
- Support and assist in the development and execution of employee experience initiatives and activities, ensuring they are aligned with company culture and contribute to overall employee satisfaction
- Coordinate with various departments to help integrate HR operations with broader company strategies and objectives
- Provide ongoing support to the HR team, assisting with workload management and ensuring that all HR initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving HR processes, tools, and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department
- Act as a supporting point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR issues
- Assist in organizing and managing HR data, ensuring that all employee data is accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily accessible when needed
- Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives, contributing to efforts aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and driving organizational success
What we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related challenges, ensuring that issues are addressed swiftly and effectively to maintain smooth operations
- Detail-Oriented Execution: Exhibits strong attention to detail in all aspects of HR operations, ensuring that all documentation, processes, and communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with company policies and regulations
- Effective Communication: Maintains clear and effective communication with employees and stakeholders, ensuring that HR policies, updates, and procedures are understood and followed across the organization
