Department: Global staff departmentLocation: CyprusDescriptionWe are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Cyprus and help create a seamless and engaging experience for new employees from their very first day. This is a hybrid position with an expectation to work from the office a few times per week, including 1 day in our Limassol office.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the new hire experience – from signed offer through onboarding and the first months in the companyDesign, build, and continuously improve scalable preboarding and onboarding programs that create a seamless and engaging employee experienceEnsure a consistent global onboarding experience while adapting processes to local requirements and team needsManage the transition from ATS to HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely processingPartner closely with Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs, alignment on hiring timelines, and resolution of onboarding edge casesCoordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure all equipment, accounts, system access, and documentation are ready by Day 1Align onboarding activities across Recruiting, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, IT, and Operations to deliver a smooth cross-functional experienceEquip Hiring Managers with onboarding guidelines, playbooks, tools, and best practices to support successful integration of new hiresCreate engaging onboarding experiences, welcome sessions, and initiatives that help employees feel connected, supported, and productive from day oneSupport new hires throughout their first weeks and months, helping them navigate processes, build connections, and integrate into the company cultureMaintain and enhance onboarding materials, including guides, checklists, internal documentation, and learning contentGather and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and onboarding stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement meaningful changesDrive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve onboarding efficiency, scalability, and employee experienceOrganize and facilitate onboarding programs for both onsite and remote employees globallySkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience in a similar role — you know how to turn adaptation into an engaging journeyAbility to handle large volumes of information and work in a multitasking environmentSkill in setting priorities and following through on tasksFlexibility and adaptability to changesStrong communication skills and a readiness to actively interact with peopleResponsibility and results-oriented mindsetInitiative and a desire to continually improve processesFull professional proficiency in EnglishExperience working in an international and multicultural environmentWe offerStable salary, official employmentHealth insuranceHybrid work mode and flexible scheduleAccess to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal supportDiverse internal training programsAll necessary work equipment
