Job Description

Olinio is hiring on behalf of a Forex company in Limassol.Responsibilities:Providing and maintaining an office for daily operations.Providing travel support.Procuring all necessary office items such as stationery, furniture, household goods, groceries, and household appliances.Monitoring the work of the cleaning staff and office manager.Purchasing and delivering gifts for employees and partners.Managing internal document flow and working with courier services and taxis.Assisting in organizing corporate events and interacting with the administration of the business center.Overseeing office repairs and changing office space.Working with internal expense reporting tools.Requirements:Knowledge of English and driving license.At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:To be a part of a strong professional environment.Culture characterized by curiosity, humor, ambitions, and people that ready to help each other.Competitive compensation.Paid vacation: 21 working days per year.Opportunity to professional and career grows.Team building and corporate activities.
