Job Description

Olinio is looking to hire a Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing and maintaining an office for daily operations.
  • Providing travel support.
  • Procuring all necessary office items such as stationery, furniture, household goods, groceries, and household appliances.
  • Monitoring the work of the cleaning staff and office manager.
  • Purchasing and delivering gifts for employees and partners.
  • Managing internal document flow and working with courier services and taxis.
  • Assisting in organizing corporate events and interacting with the administration of the business center.
  • Overseeing office repairs and changing office space.
  • Working with internal expense reporting tools.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English and driving lecinse.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
