Job Description
- Develop and execute engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and create motion designs for Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Utilize your expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software to bring ideas to life and enhance the visual appeal of our content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and develop compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate our message.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality motion designs, meeting project deadlines and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion design to continuously improve and enhance our creative output.
- Understand and adapt to the requirements and constraints of different digital platforms and video formats.
- Create Lottie and GIF files to optimize motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
- Utilize your knowledge of 3D and AI graphic creation, when applicable, to enhance visual effects and deliver exceptional design solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, showcasing a solid motion graphics and animation portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of modern approaches to Motion Design and the ability to incorporate them into your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating creatives for Performance Marketing campaigns, understanding this niche’s requirements and constraints.
- Strong video editing skills and the ability to create visually compelling motion graphics.
- Knowledge of multiple video formats and the ability to work with them effectively.
- Familiarity with creating Lottie and GIF files for optimized web and mobile experiences.
- Knowledge of 3D and AI graphic creation will be considered a vital asset.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
