ExpaTPA is an independent medical Third Party Administrator (TPA) catering to the international medical insurance industry (IPMI). We administer individual insurance policies and corporate employee benefit programs. We provide policy and premium administration, claims administration and payment, and issue letters of guarantee worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time position as Medical Insurance Claims Adjudicator and based in Cyprus. The role consists in adjudicating medical insurance claims and providing customer service to insured members.

Qualifications required

  • Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
  • Medical insurance claims experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in claims processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Working permit allowing to work in Cyprus (Cypriot payroll)
