Job Description

The Manager, Resort Marketing, acts as an accounts manager/ project owner and works closely to Hotel, F&B, Entertainment, MICE and other Business Units of the Resort. Is the liaison person between the Business Units representatives and Resort Marketing division, ensuring marketing communication consistency throughout all communications material and aligning with marketing plan and branding guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Briefs-in concept, copies and designs requirements to Agencies, In-house Creative, Multimedia and E-Commerce team and provides direction on marketing and brand guidelines
  • Ensures timely launch of campaigns and assigned projects, working closely with related BUs
  • Ensures that production meets our brand standards
  • Develops and implements marketing strategies to provide direction and focus and underscore the uniqueness of the company
  • Establishes a core brand strategy and positioning in order to reinforce key points of difference in the marketplace and increase business revenues, property visitation and awareness
  • Develops content curation for the campaigns and assists social content in different platforms
  • Ensures activities and collaterals are prepared to meet with brand standards
  • Develops activities to support the overall brand strategy and value of brand
  • Initiates and executes marketing programs and collaterals for COD Mediterranean
  • Plans, develops and implements above-the-line and below-the-line activities and collaterals for Hotel, F&B outlets and MICE
  • Ensures marketing programs and projects are within the given fiscal budget

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in Hotel and F&B sales and marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Premium Hotel and F&B Operations or other luxury services /products

 

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g. Marketing, Communications or International Studies

 

Skills / Competencies

  • Excellent Command of English language both written and verbal
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Team player able to work with all levels within the organisation
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams
  • Flexibility and resourceful to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines
