The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to assist the teams in managing KYC processes, as well as handling client communication and administrative tasks related to projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough KYC procedures for new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation.
* Maintaining a systematic and secure digital filing system to ensure quick retrieval of documents when needed.
* Work closely with Central Compliance Services team to ensure alignment on compliance strategies and practices.
* Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings
* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure all team members are aligned.
* Track and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
* Support team members with administrative duties involves a variety of tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and documentation.
What You Bring
* A Diploma or University Degree in any discipline
* Previous experience in KYC processes and procedures will be an advantage
* Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client and internal interactions.
* Team oriented personality with high levels of collaboration.
