Job Description

AAATrade is seeking an innovative and energetic Human Resources Manager to recruit, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Company’s overall business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Managing the recruiting process
  • Responsible for third-country nationals visa procedures
  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Developing, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Organizing the Company’s events
  • Monitoring and managing employee morale and the Company’s culture


Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR field preferably in the Financial Industry
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • In-depth knowledge of labor Law and HR practices
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
