We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of VIPs at online casinos (2+ brands). This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing the VIP customer segment to ensure exceptional service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and manage VIP customers, with a focus on enhancing their gaming experience and maximizing their lifetime value.

– Guild the team from scratch, lead and motivate them to achieve performance targets and KPIs, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training as needed.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, acting as the main point of contact and addressing their needs, preferences, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

– Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and finance, to optimize VIP programs, promotions, and rewards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

– Monitor VIP activity and performance, analyze trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

– Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate VIP-related risks, including fraud, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance.

– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in VIP management, seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

– Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing VIP performance, initiatives, and key insights.

🔍 Your Profile:

– Proven experience (3+ years) in VIP management within online gaming with a strong track record of driving VIP revenue and loyalty.

– In-depth knowledge of VIP players’ behavior, preferences, business processes and trends

– Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Experience in building the team, leadership, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

– Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– High level of proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
