Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipLead and develop the Sales team;Set KPIs, manage performance, and improve sales processes;Build scalable outbound and partnership-driven sales strategies;Mentor team members and participate in complex negotiations.Business Development & PartnershipsRepresent the company at international conferences and industry events;Build relationships with operators, platforms, agencies, and strategic partners;Expand the company’s network within international markets;Identify new business opportunities and growth directions.Strategic SalesPersonally lead high-level negotiations and strategic deals;Build and manage relationships with key partners and clients;Drive long-term revenue growth and partnership expansion;Analyze sales funnel performance and identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product and Marketing teams;Translate market and client feedback into commercial opportunities;Align sales initiatives with company growth strategy.Requirements3 – 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;Experience in SaaS, Telecom, CPaaS,iGaming, MarTech, or related digital industries;Experience managing Sales teams;Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills;Experience building outbound sales and partnership channels;Experience working with international clients and markets;Upper-Intermediate English or higher;Strong CRM and analytics skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, AmoCRM, etc.).Nice to HaveExperience selling infrastructure or performance-driven B2B products;Existing network within iGaming, fintech, or affiliate ecosystems;We offerOfficial employment in Cyprus with relocation and work permit support;21 working days of paid vacation;International environment and direct influence on company growth;Fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy;Modern tools and strong support from the team and leadership.
