The role:

  • Architect and lead a content-driven acquisition model focused on CPA efficiency and long-term ROI. Your strategy will tie together creative output, media buying, and business targets.
  • Align initiatives like UGC campaigns, creator activations, and original content (e.g., branded shows or challenges) with financial outcomes, using performance metrics to steer decision-making.
  • Define platform strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts—ensuring all campaigns are culturally resonant, format-native, and share-worthy.
  • Leverage emerging tech: AI influencers, automated editing, and smart testing workflows to streamline production, scale creative, and reduce time to market.
  • Build dashboards and feedback loops that translate creative testing into performance insights—refining strategy with every campaign iteration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in creative strategy, content-led growth, or social-native acquisition in igaming environment.
  • Deep platform knowledge of TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong portfolio of UGC, influencer, or creator-first campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working with AI/automation tools to scale creative workflows.
