Job Description

  • Creative Leadership: Set the creative vision and strategic direction for all design-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and objectives
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering their professional growth and creating an environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Event Branding: Conceptualize and execute visually captivating branding and design elements for each event, including but not limited to logos, marketing collaterals, signage, stage backdrops, and promotional materials
  • Publication Design: Oversee the design process for our event-related magazines, ensuring high-quality layouts, engaging graphics, and visually appealing content that reflects the themes and values of each event
  • Digital Assets: Supervise the creation of digital assets such as website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and multimedia presentations, optimizing them for a seamless user experience
  • Print Production: Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely and accurate production of all printed materials, maintaining high standards of quality control
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, and incorporate these insights into the design strategy to keep our events and publications fresh and contemporary
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, video, sales and event management teams to understand their requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Budget Management: Oversee the design budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective solutions without compromising on creativity and impact


  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus. Or proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in graphic design, with a focus on event branding and publication design
  • Previous experience in managing and leading a team of designers, with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative designs, including event branding, publications, digital assets, and print materials
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of design trends
  • Understanding of marketing principles and how design can contribute to achieving business goals
  • Prior experience in the events industry is preferred but not mandatory
