In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, including understanding client needs, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting them to clients. Your expertise will play a critical role in establishing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industries
* Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
* Provide expert guidance to clients on recruitment trends and best practices
* Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application status
* Document all recruitment activities accurately for reporting purposes
Requirements
