Exness is looking to hire a Data Analyst.

Your role at Exness:

You will join our Data Office in sunny Cyprus, which is one of our main functions. As a data analyst, you will be added to the following domains: trading, payments, digital, user journey, business development, and KPI management. You will work in a team that operates in a matrix-teams model where individuals from different BI functions come together to facilitate the development of one of the company’s business functions using BI solutions, instruments, and support.

You will:

• Analyze ad hoc data.
• Develop, modify, and maintain data-driven processes in the Exness teams.
• Construct experiments and check hypotheses based on data.
• Translate data analyses and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences.

What we expect from you:

• Excellent data-analysis skills, 3 to 5 years or more of BI or analytics experience
• Good understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory: correlations, effects, and anomaly detection
• Experience with databases and a strong knowledge of SQL
• Analytical and critical thinker who can model and interpret data to drive decisions
• Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and upper-intermediate written and spoken English
• Mathematical or engineering education
• Experience with predictive modeling
• Python programming experience
• Experience working with BI tools
• Algorithmic trading experience

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Tableau
