Job Description

Soft2bet is growing tremendously and we continue to conquer new countries!
Now we’re looking for Nordic Languages (Norwegian OR Swedish OR Finnish) Customer Support (native or fluent) to join our team and make their own contribution to our products.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers


Experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal Nordic Languages (Norwegian OR Swedish OR Finnish) and English skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
