Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Officer (Accounts Receivable Focus) is responsible for managing client relationships with a focus on billing and payment processes. This role combines customer relationship management with accounts receivable support to ensure clients experience seamless and timely service. Key responsibilities include resolving payment-related inquiries, coordinating with accounting, and assisting in the collections process in a client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor outstanding balances and coordinate timely follow-ups on overdue accounts. Act as the primary contact for clients regarding billing, payments, and accounts receivable inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and streamline invoicing.
- Provide clients with guidance on payment processes, timelines, and accepted methods.
- Address client concerns regarding billing or payment-related issues, resolving them quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on collections, outstanding balances, and any recurring issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, accounts receivable, or billing.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially around billing and financial discussions.
- Proficiency in Greek and English.
