We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Team!
What You Will Do
* Answering customer’s requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English
* Being our customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
* Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact to improve our Product
* Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers
Requirements
* Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
* Passion to build better customer service
* Experience in customer support or work with customers
* Native or fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
* Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite
* Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer’s claims are an advantage
* Financial or investment background is also a plus
