Job Description

Royal Pine is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator.

Job description

  • The successful candidate will be in charge of a number of clients working in liaison with all the Client Relationship
  • Managers. Daily duties will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and attending to clients’ daily requests;
  • Liaising with the clients directly and other team members;
  • Preparing/reviewing various documents, including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, power of attorneys, instrument of transfers, incumbency certificates and other company documents;
  • Completing forms of the Registrar of Companies and undertaking online filings;
  • Recording information on our Companies’ database, and document management system and generally performing the duties required to service the clients of the firm;
  • Dealing with other related matters as may be required.

 

Competencies

  • 3 – 4 years work experience in the same field
  • University degree in a related subject
  • Fluent business level in Greek and English
  • An additional language will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and ability to use software
  • Team work spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Customer service orientation
  • Initiative and reliability
