Job Description

Our Client Relations Team is growing! If you are looking for an honest and open work environment, and you are a motivated Account or Client Relations Manager that wants to join a rapidly growing European Fintech company this may be the role for you!

You will:

  • Operate as the point of contact to existing merchant accounts, servicing and positioning them for healthy growth
  • Proactively evaluate and respond to customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • You will act as the first point of contact for merchants in terms of payabl.’s products, delivering expertise, education, and guidance to support their payment
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Establish and manage productive, professional relationships with key personnel within merchant organizations and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within payabl. to ensure the best possible merchant experience
  • Serve as a feedback loop for the organization, gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel
  • Reach company growth and strategic targets by focusing on meeting merchant needs

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and market expansion initiatives.
  • Deep insight of the payments sector, including key trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, with a track record of driving positive outcomes
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • A willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives
