Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing hypercasual games from initial prototype to final release on Unity3D platform.
  • Integrating analytics, ad networks, and other third-party SDKs into the games to enhance performance and gather valuable insights.
  • Optimizing projects to ensure smooth gameplay, efficient resource utilization, and optimal user experience.
  • Organizing and improving the development infrastructure to streamline workflows, including documentation efforts.
  • Building and nurturing a cohesive and effective development team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of game development concepts.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Unity3D, preferably in hypercasual game projects.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Firebase Analytics and Appsflyer for tracking and analyzing user behavior and app performance.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party SDKs to enhance game functionalities.
  • Prior experience in building and deploying iOS/Android projects.
  • Proven ability to organize and optimize development processes, infrastructure, and documentation efforts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
