Job Description
On behalf of our client, a group of companies providing advisory services, we are looking for a Chief Operating Operator (COO) to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborates with the board and senior managers to execute the strategic plan
- Seeks ways to improve operations and performance
- Implements effective systems and policies to support the company’s goals
- Leads and develops a high-performing management team
- Oversees recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Works with finance to manage budgets, monitor performance, and improves financial practices
- Updates management on important issues
- Represents the company and builds strategic partnerships
- Ensures operations follow all legal and regulatory standards
- Manages risks to protect employees and customers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar role, preferably in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, an MBA is strongly preferred
- Openness to travel as necessary for job requirements
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in organizational development, personnel management, budget, and strategic planning
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an aptitude for decision-making
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make timely, well-informed decisions
- High ethical standards and professionalism
