Job Description

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to build and implement a solid marketing strategy for our Fintech company. The new hire will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, leading the strategic direction and working closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Hiring and leading a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, email etc.
  • Monitoring marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact on ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the forex industry.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluency in English.
