Retail Chain ManagerRATARIOUS MANAGEMENT (www.ratariousmanagement.eu ), one of theleading companies as consulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countriesglobally, is seeking for an Retail Chain Manager to join our client structure oneof the well-known companies in Cyprus.Retail Chain Manager (RCM 903S869LI)- LIMASSOLRetail chain manager directs daily operations, drives sales targets, andmanages staff and inventory. They ensure excellent customer service,oversee budgets, and implement corporate promotions. This role requiresstrong leadership, organizational skills, and business acumenKey Responsibilities Managing, motivating and supporting retail client advisors and salesemployees across different shops Setting, monitoring and achieving shop sales targets, including targetsrelating to B2B partners and key accounts Following up on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including salesperformance, conversion, average transaction value, stock availabilityand client service standards Planning regular shop visits in different cities to review performance,presentation, staffing, stock and customer experience Coaching sales teams on luxury selling, product knowledge, clientelingand brand storytelling Coordinating new product launches, in-store activations, seasonalcampaigns and promotional activities Ensuring consistent visual presentation, merchandising standards andbrand image across all shops and retail points Working closely with management, suppliers and brandrepresentatives to implement commercial plans and brand guidelines Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performanceevaluation of retail sales employees Analysing sales reports and preparing recommendations to improveturnover, margins, stock rotation and team performance Maintaining strong communication with shop teams, B2B partners andthe office to ensure smooth daily operations Performing other duties typically associated with retail chainmanagement, sales operations and luxury brand representationWhat We Are Looking For Previous experience in retail management, area management, salesmanagement or a similar multi-store role Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate sales teams to achievetargets Strong commercial understanding of KPIs, sales reports, stockperformance and customer service standards Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and ability to represent luxury fragrancebrands with confidence and elegance Hands-on approach, with willingness to travel regularly between shopsin different cities Ability to build strong relationships with retail teams, B2B partners,suppliers and management Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and reporting tools;ERP experience will be considered an advantage Fluency in English Valid driving licence is required Experience in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics or fragrance will beconsidered an advantageBenefits:-2.500€ gross (in 6 months new offer)-13th salary-Company mobile phone-Company car-22 days of annual leaveIf you get excited with the idea of competing for success and recognition of yourtalent and you demonstrate the above competencies, then send your [email protected] applications will be treated as confidential.
