Job Description

The duties of Back Office position include

  • Processing and monitoring of daily client’s deposits, withdrawals through different PSPs.
  • Communicating with banks and payment service providers.
  • Assisting in performing reconciliations.
  • Handling other department queries, providing help and assistance in preparing the instructions and on any other matters.
  • Support related to banking transactions.
  • Adhere to all implemented procedures.
  • Preparation of reports, if required.
  • Close cooperation with Compliance on Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) matters.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency English language both oral communication and writer is a must.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
