Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Arabic-speaking Back Office Officer for their Limassol office.Position: Back Office OfficerLocation: Limassol, CyprusEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform payments-related procedures to all potential and existing clients, in line with company’s & regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily execution of tasks related to client deposits, client withdrawals, account opening/maintenance and closures
- Archiving of all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations etc.)
- Live chat support
- In addition to the above duties, the employee may be assigned ad-hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Arabic language, fluent English, both oral and written
- Relevant experience
- Eligibility to work legally in Cyprus
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and target-oriented
- Ability to work Monday – Friday during office hours and occassionally on weekends.
